Biography
Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Exchange. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in capital markets and the broader financial sector, with a professional background in strategic development, operations and project management, and the planning and development of products and services.
Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Al-Rumaih held several key leadership positions across the Saudi Exchange, including Chief of Markets and Chief of Sales and Marketing, where his leadership was central to the implementation of a number of significant market enhancements and innovative financial products. Notable achievements under his tenure include the Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in leading emerging market indices and the successful enhancement of the Nomu-Parallel Market.
He also serves as a Board Member of the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and is a member of the Risk Management Committees of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa). In addition, he is a member of the Audit Committee of the Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (WAMID). He previously served as a member of both the Advisory Committee of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Professional Conduct and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
Al-Rumaih holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an Executive MBA from Manchester MBA.

Biography
Mark Wang is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited (“HSBC China”).
Mr Wang joined HSBC in 2005, and has served in a number of leadership positions, driving in particular China-related business in trading and capital markets mainly. In June 2016, he was appointed Head of Global Banking and Markets China at the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
In March 2020, Mr Wang assumed the role of Deputy Chairman of the Board of HSBC China. He became President and Chief Executive Officer of HSBC China in June 2020.
Mr Wang is Supervisor of HSBC Jintrust Fund Management Company Limited. He is also a council member of HSBC Philanthropy Foundation.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr Wang is one of the earliest bankers in mainland China dedicated to the international capital markets. Prior to HSBC, Mr Wang held a number of senior management roles for Bank of China and Deutsche Bank, respectively in mainland China, Hong Kong and London.
Mr Wang is a member of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the 14th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He represents HSBC as Director of the 6th Standing Council of China Banking Association Foreign Bank Working Committee. He is a member of the 3rd Board of Directors of Asian Financial Cooperation Association, Deputy Director of Shanghai Financial Association and Director of its Specialists Committee of Finance Talents, a member of the Strategic Development Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and a council member of China Finance 40 Forum. Mr Wang is also a management committee member of China Children Development Fund on behalf of HSBC.
Mr Wang was named “Person of the Year for Shanghai International Financial Center Construction” in 2023 Shanghai Financiers award.

Based in Hong Kong, Chris leads analytical teams across all practice areas in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his current role, Chris was the Chief Analytical Officer for Asia Pacific focusing on analytics and investor engagement.
Chris has over two decades of experience at S&P Global in analytical, managerial, and business roles. Prior to that, Chris worked as an equity analyst for 10 years at several financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Credit Suisse.

Naif Al-Saif is the Chief Investment Officer at SNB Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

Yan Wang, holding a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a B.S. in Automation from Tsinghua University, boasts extensive expertise in finance and management. Since 2014, she has served in key roles at CITIC Securities, currently as Head of International Business of Debt Financing Department, leading securitization, debt financing, and C-REIT listings for major clients. Previously, she worked at Bank of America, specializing in mortgage-related modeling and trading.
Expertized in securitization and debt financing. Led China inter-bank market ABS deals for ICBC, SAIC Group, BMW, Toyota, Daimler, etc. Underwrote bonds and ABS in Shanghai and Shenzhen exchange markets, for issuers including large state-owned companies and national wide real estate developers such as China Overseas, XCMG, Longfor Properties and Seazen Holdings. Actively participated in the pioneering phase of C-REITs. Led and advised five C-REITs to be successfully listed in the exchanges, including China Overseas Shopping Mall REIT, SCPG Shopping Mall REIT, Jiangsu Communications Highway REIT, Nanjing Communications Highway REIT and Hefei Industry Park REIT.
Acted as project manager for China inter-bank market ABS deals and Shanghai and Shenzhen exchange ABS deals with varies types of underlying assets, including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, auto loans, consumer loans, etc. Acted as project manager for Panda bonds for foreign financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank. Acted as project manager for corporate bonds for SOEs. Acted as project manager for five C-REITs.
Advised large domestic corporations including ICBC, BoC, SAIC Group, China Overseas, etc, on financing options including bond, ABS and C-REITs. Advised foreign entities such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Standard Chartered Bank and GIC on financing options including ABS, Panda bonds and C-REITs.
