Panel 3: Listings Without Borders: Expanding Market Access Between Riyadh and Shanghai |
There is interest on both sides in the idea of companies listing or raising capital across the Saudi-China corridor, but the gap between interest and execution remains wide. This panel brings together investment banks, advisors, and capital markets practitioners from both markets to work through the practical realities: what the IPO pipeline actually looks like, how depository receipt frameworks and dual-listing mechanisms function in practice, what institutional investors on each side require before participating in the other's offerings, and where the real legal, disclosure, and market access barriers sit. |
